Larb Kai, also known as Laab Kai and Laap Kai, is a spicy Lao chicken salad packed with flavors. The aroma of Padek (fermented fish sauce) and Khao Khua (ground roasted sticky rice) will wake up your nose. This dish is a favorite for my relatives and is always served with steamy hot sticky rice and lots of herbs and vegetables on the side for everyone to enjoy.
