A simple breakfast in Luang Prabang, Laos. It was a meal with left-over food and a few things bought at the Morning Market. We had a little bit of Jeow Maak Kheua (spicy eggplant chutney), Tom Kai (chicken soup) to go with freshly steamed sticky rice.
We added Soop Maak Mee (jackfruit salad) and Khua Mee (Lao fried noodle) to the table. For dessert it was Khao Nom for the young and old members of the family to enjoy before heading to school and work.
