Breakfast at the Morning Market in Luang Prabang, Laos with the three grandmothers that I have made friends with during my visit to the World Heritage Town.
We had khai Pan, which is dried river weed lightly fried with sesame seeds and garlic to go with Soop Maak Mee (Jackfruit Salad). We also bought Ping Tab (grilled cow liver) from a food stall at the market. A couple of the merchants gave us ginger dipping sauce and Khai Yeuang to go with our meal. It was a nice breakfast and I had fun sharing the food with others. Eating for one is no fun, especially in Laos.
