We bought the Nam Varn from Talat Kok Pho (Kok Pho Market). It’s a simple dessert, made with locally grown black bean, freshly squeezed creamy coconut milk, palm sugar, and with a little bit of salt to bring out the sweet taste.

It’s delicious serve hot or cold with ice cubes.
