I was never much a fan of fish as a kid. Recently I became a big fan of Pun Pa or Fish Wraps. This is a delicious dish with BBQ fish (stuffed with lemon grass, Lao galanga, kaffir lime leaves, and dill) that is wrap in lettuce or cabbage with various herbs and fruits on top of sticky rice noodles.
The wrap is then dip in a spicy sauce that will give you a kick on your tongue. It’s a pity that I can’t make Pun Pa here.
I have to wait till I go back home so I can have a whole big fish all to myself.
