A big lunch in Luang Prabang, Laos, starting with my favorite Lao food dish which is no other than Lao green papaya salad. The papaya salad was served along with fried mushroom, phak bong, cabbage, and pork rinds. There was homemade Khao Soy added to the table, Mok Pa, and Jewo Bong, with warm sticky rice.
