It has been six weeks as of last Sunday since I’ve eaten green papaya salad. I finally treated my self to a plate of green papaya salad with fried mushroom and pork rinds in Luang Prabang yesterday for lunch.
After spending some hours talking to the local people on the streets to find more green papaya salad stalls, I found a famous green papaya salad seller not too far from the old bridge in Luang Prabang or near the foot of Phousi Hill on Nam Khan River side.
The verdict? It was freaking delicious even with out garlic or MSG, just the way I like it!
