Feu for lunch
There’s nothing wrong with having left-over food, especially a simmering pot of Feu noodle soup for lunch the next day. The broth is even more tasty with additional time to sit and simmer for a few hours more. I was waiting to have a bowl of Feu while watching the broadcast of Miss Laos 2011 Beauty Pageant on Lao Star Channel but too hungry to wait and had to eat now.
On a cold and rainy day of Holland. This bowl of noodle soup makes me feel closer to my home in Vientiane, Laos.
