For lunch it was tum maak houng or green papaya salad from Gok Pho market and grilled chicken from down the street. Well, it was more like certain parts of chicken that I was not quite fond of unless it is chicken liver from Go Chicken Go.

yummy. I could use some of this right now. nothing like a traditional lao meal.

Yes, it’s sure is. Lao traditional cooking is a dying art these days but there are people out there willing to preserve it and pass it down to their children.
