Darly Hello,
Please note that the cars in the stamps are driving in the left side of the road although in Laos cars are driving on the right. The reason for this mistake is that these stamps were designed and printed in Thailand, where cars are driving on the left side.

Do you know if the printing is done in Vietnam only or in China now?

In the last years most of Laos’s stamps are printed in Vietnam. Few sets were printed in other countries such as Thailand, Belorussia (WWF Gibbon Monkeys stamps) and Ukraina (Peking Olympic Games stamps)
